BRIDAL SKIN

A healthy wedding glow requires months of preparation ahead.

A healthy wedding glow requires months of preparation ahead.

What is Bridal skin?

A wedding day is one of the most photographed days of a lifetime, and the skin underneath deserves the same planning as everything else on the day. The Bridal Skin Journey is a sequenced, unhurried program built backwards from the wedding date, designed to deliver genuine, lasting results rather than a rushed treatment the week before. This is bridal skin care built around patience and timing, not panic.

A year is not too early.
A week is not enough.

A year is not too early. A week is not enough.

The Bridal Skin Journey is planned backwards from the wedding date, the same way it always has been at Healing Hands. Each stage is sequenced with enough time between treatments for the skin to genuinely respond, never rushed into a result it cannot hold.

12 to 14 months out

The Bridal Skin Journey begins with a 90-minute new client appointment (from $200), combining a full skin consultation and diagnostic scan with a first tailored treatment, determined on the day by Jenna. A structured skin timeline, designed backwards from the wedding date, is mapped out before leaving.

6 months out

Skin needling begins on a considered, spaced schedule, supported by professional peels and LED treatment between sessions to maintain momentum without overworking the skin. Treatments are planned in order and paced to suit each stage of the lead-up, never rushed and never aggressive close to the day.

2 weeks out

As the wedding date approaches, the plan shifts toward refinement, addressing only what genuinely needs attention without introducing new risk.

Meet Paris

“I'd struggled with acne for as long as I could remember and felt like I had tried everything, with no real success. I'd gotten to the point where I thought clear skin wasn't something I'd ever have, especially in time for my wedding. That changed when I started seeing Jenna.”

THE RESULT:

“On my wedding day, my skin was the clearest and healthiest it had ever been, and I had never felt more confident. I'll never stop seeing Jenna. It's genuinely been life-changing.”

Everything worth knowing before the big day.

Everything worth knowing before the big day.

How far in advance should you start bridal skin treatments?

Ideally 12 to 14 months before the wedding date, particularly where deeper concerns like acne, scarring or pigmentation are being treated. Starting early allows enough time for genuine change, including more intensive treatments earlier in the timeline and gentler, glow-focused care closer to the day.

What does the Bridal Consultation involve, and what does it cost?

The first appointment runs for 90 minutes and starts from $200. It combines a full skin consultation and diagnostic scan with a first tailored treatment, determined by the practitioner on the day. A structured skin timeline is mapped out backwards from the wedding date before the appointment ends, so there is a clear plan in place from day one.

Do bridal skin treatments cause downtime or redness close to the wedding?

No new or aggressive treatments are introduced in the weeks before the wedding. The final phase of every bridal journey is intentionally gentle, focused on glow rather than correction.

Is it too late to start bridal skin prep a few months before the wedding?

No, but the plan will look different. A consultation gives an honest, realistic assessment of what's achievable in the time available, without overpromising or introducing risk so close to the wedding.

What does the bridal skin program actually involve?

A typical journey moves through several stages, from deeper renewal work over a year out, to regular skin needling and peels through the months leading up, then tapering to gentle, brightening treatment in the final weeks. Every plan is tailored to the individual bride's skin and timeline.
